Sunrider ships by several carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL. A complete street address with a current phone number is necessary to ensure prompt delivery. First Class shipments CANNOT be insured.
Sunrider will make every effort to
ensure prompt delivery service but cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments when using USPS. For shipping inquiries or lost orders, please contact the Business Owners Service Dept. via email at info@sunrider.com or by calling them at
(310) 781-8096 from 8:00am to 4:00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday,
and be sure to provide the order number and your Sunrider Account ID
number.
FedEx and UPS ground service may take up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Please note that "day one" of the delivery quote time, begins with the first business day after the order has been shipped out.
When ordering on a Friday for Saturday "Next Day" delivery, you must call in your order to (888)-278-6743 from 8am-5pm.
FedEx Ground delivers Tuesday - Saturday.
FedEx 3rd Day delivers Monday - Friday.
