Prior to the return of any product(s), please contact the Business Owners Service Dept. for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) in order to validate your request and ensure it is received by Sunrider.
Sunrider 14-Day Return Guarantee For First-Time Purchases
As an Independent Business Owner, you can be proud to offer and honor the Sunrider® Return Guarantee to your retail customers within 14 days of their receipt of the products. We suggest you follow up within 3 days of product delivery to your retail customer. Most people will be pleased with the products when the benefits and usage are clearly explained in advance. However, the Sunrider 14-day Return Guarantee and Cancellation Option is a narrow exception to the general rule of no returns of undamaged products. This return policy applies only to first-time product purchases.
When returning at least 50% of each product, along with a signed statement of reasons for returning the product and a copy of the sales invoice.
We do not accept returns for Sunrider® literature, sales material, marketing tools, and promotional items.
Please note that Sunrider will assess a 10% processing fee for all undeliverable or refused shipments.
However, as a Sunrider member, you must contact us for an RMA number and return the products to Sunrider as directed, within 60 days of the original date of purchase from Sunrider. Sunrider is under no obligation to return or provide a refund for a product that was purchased beyond that 60-day period.
** All Upline Independent Business Owners related to these returns are subject to deductions based on commissions previously paid on these purchases. Members may also be subject to SV deductions on returned products. Please see page 12 of the current Sunrider Business Guide for details.
