Customer Service — Methods of Payment

Assuming you have met all eligibility requirements, Sunrider will accept the following forms of payment for an order:

Cashier's Check/Money Order
Payable to Sunrider International in the full amount of your order including applicable sales tax on the Independent Business Owner (IBO) price of products and any applicable shipping and handling charges. DO NOT MAIL CASH!
Personal Checks/Bank Drafts
Sunrider accepts personal checks and bank drafts from all IBOs, Club Members and Customers. There is a $1,500 (fifteen hundred dollar) limit on personal checks per order. Sunrider will only accept personal checks from the accounts of registered Sunrider IBOs. The name on the checking account and on the Sunrider account must be the same.
Credit Card
Temporarily Sunrider is not processing credit/debit cards via our website, you can place your order on the web, select credit card as a payment option, this will place your order on hold, then you must call the toll free line, and pay for your order by providing your credit card to an order rep. You can always call to place your orders directly with a Call Center staff by calling our toll free number 8882SUNRIDER (888-278-6743) and pay with your credit card.
PayPal
Sunrider accepts all payments that go through the PayPal system. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, including American Express, and you can register as many cards with them as you wish.

No C.O.D. orders will be accepted.
