For fax orders, send the completed order form with your name, "ship to" address, telephone number, your SR Account ID number and the SV month to: (310) 222-9271 or 9272 and then call our Fax Confirmation Line at (310) 222-9156 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and a live Order Representative will assist you. To pay for a fax order, we accept (1) Visa and MasterCard (both credit and debit cards) in the name of the Sunrider account holder, or (2) Bank Draft from those who have previously set up this feature with. Just click on your country to learn all of the latest information. The $7 handling service fee applicable to phone-in, fax, mail, and will-call orders will be waived.
